Everything about this coffee is big. The Pacamara variety produces big cherries, big seeds, and big flavors, and it was produced by one the biggest names in Honduran coffee: the Caballero family. Having worked with the Caballeros since 2002, we have featured many lots from their award-winning farm, but they never cease to offer something new. This lot marks our first release of the naturally processed Pacamara, which takes the notes of this already fruit-forward cultivar and ups the intensity.
