This lot was grown by Irene Herrera Cabrera and Milciades Minga, two members of the farmer organization Gallito de las Rocas. Their farm lies in the crease of a fold in the rugged Peruvian Andes, a long walk up a narrow path from the nearest road, in a community that is a natural habitat for Peru's national bird.
